Driving to Koringberg for lunch

One and a half hours after leaving home, Die Withuis, at Koringberg.

37'C in the shade.

A leisurely, lazy, lovely six hour lunch and visit.

Hard to leave. I was ready to move in.

  2. I'm fascinated by the house...is this where the lunch happened? Are there more photos of it? Is that plumbago and bougainvillea? Big skies, like Montana.

  3. Beence - the N7 was bearable that day...

Bow Street - I was dying to take pictures of the house but felt too shy and potentially invasive (like an uninvited weed). It was gorgeous. I'll see if there are any links to it - I know some images have been published. Yes to the plumbago and bougainvillea. My driving instructions read to stop at the long white house with the pale pink bougainvillea :-)

  4. Dit klink na 'n wonderlike dag. Ek sal ook graag die huis wil sien. Maar met sulke fabulous hosts kan dit nie anders as amazing wees nie.
