El Puerco Grande Rides Again!

The 100 km Cape Argus Pick n Pay Cycle Tour 2008 is over and the contestant most interesting to me finished it half an hour under his goal of five hours.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!

Last year my dad (76) could not take part in the race as he and a Volkswagen Beatle had a contretemps on the freeway while he was training and the Beatle won.

This year the Beatle is toast.
